Can pms only be read once

can i read pms more than once and how do i do it if i can?

Visit your PM history in the Private Message page. You'll need to clean out the old ones occasionally, because those who do not subscribe are subjected to a "soft" limit of 100 PMs. That is, you can receive more than 100 PMs, but until you delete enough to make your total stored PM count go beneath 100, you can not send any PMs. Subscribers do not have these limitations.

I thought subscribers were limited to 1000?
