school disciplinary actions that are very controversial because they're just so damn dumb?

the "Zero Tolerance" crap going FAR beyond the logic of the law, to the fullest extents possible.

i mean like this thing about the cheese cup.

i'm doing a speech, and i've put it off for too long... tomorrow i'm giving it, and i havent written anything up yet. i'm trying to find evidence for my speech.

I'm not sure how i want to angle it yet.. so far now i just know it's gonna be about zero tolerance policies in schools. not sure what i want to say yet. but i need examples of where the zero tolerance policies have gone way too far.
