Can people check my real name & address on ebay?

Can buyers or sellers find my real name and address i use to register for an account on ebay?

Any POSSIBLE way excluding hacking and getting from Ebay themselves for fraud purposes!

If you are currently enaged in a transaction with them they can request your contact details but often times the phone number they provide is invalid which annoys the AMD out of me!
