can PCs print on a mac network?

I'm trying to connect my boss' laptop (WinXp Pro) to our Mac network so he can print things. Is this possible? A coworker mentioned that she used to be able to print documents from her Mac on a PC network, so I figure there's a longshot that the reverse is true. I already have the right drivers for the printers, but I'm not sure if I need a print server to install on the PC, and if where can I get one?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Is the printer networked via IP or Appletalk? If the latter, you'll probably need Dave by Thursby or turn on TCP/IP on the network printer.
