I went to overburn a disc using nero and it gave me a warning about how overburning can possibly cause damage to my CDRW. I was wondering if it is faily safe to overburn? I just got my new CDRW about a month ago, and i dont want to cook it already.

CDRW: Yamaha 3200EZ
NERO: 5.5.8.0

thanks for the help

I'm sure it can't be a good thing, but you never know. Sometimes there are failsafes and such built in to prevent that, but I wouldn't try it if I were you. Besides, how hard is it to make sure you're not over the capacity limit before you burn? :p
