Can outlook 2007 automatically forward emails?

I thought I had seen this option before but for some reason I can't seem to find it.

I want to set up a rule so that an email from a certain address will automatically forward to another email address when it comes in my Inbox.

Possible?

Although mbshinde78 said it a bit sarcastically, you did already answer your own question. Do what you said in that sentence and Outlook will do what you want it to do.

Create a new message rule that activates when messages arrive in the Inbox. Set a condition so that if any of the email addresses that you want to watch are in the From: field, forward the message to the second mailbox.
