Can online first person shooter games cause PTSD just like real war?

I'm investigating the possibility that fighting wars in realistic online shooters can cause PTSD and even suicide like real war does.

For example in the online WWII shooter Heroes and Generals here is something one of those poor souls has to go through:
Enemy player gets chain headshots in a row
Player goes "Omg Omg it's a hacker!"
Enemy player goes "Lololol noob, it's not hacks, it's just skeeelz, get better noob lolol XD XD"
Player goes "Oh yeah well at least I have a life, I don't play video games all day like you"
Enemy player goes "Lol yeah well I have gf fuck her all day XD XD"

And here is another engagement in Heroes and Generals:
Player: "This fucking game so unbalanced"
Other player: "Yeah well this game is for men who like realism, go back to Call of Duty for kiddies"
Another player: "Agreed this game is for real men. I was top rank in US marines and I've killed hundreds of terrorists in Iraq. This game is real simulation for us real soldiers. Go back to CoD nub"

You can easily tell that such a game can cause mental scars that will never go away. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the warriors of online fps games who have the mental strength for it.
