Can one copy a Data DVD like one copies a Data CD / Audio CD.

I made a data dvd, in dvd-r and i want a copy in dvd+r. The first dvd+r i made failed for some reason, it failed verification and i deleted the source files. I did save the files (each file under 700 mb) on 4 cd's just in case.. I dont feel like copying each one to the hard drive just to reburn a dvd+r.

u can copy data DVDs just like copying data CDs

You're asking if you can copy DVD (dvd-r) ==> DVD (dvd+r)? If so, absolutely. If it didnt take the first time, it might have just been faulty media. If I were you, I would just copy them to the HDD and burn from there.
