Since the current law is horrendous and ultimately hurts millions of Americans, I would say there's about 0% chance of repealing it. Bad policies are almost never repealed while good policies are eventually destroyed.
War on drugs - still in effect
No Child Left Behind - still in effect
nation building - still happening
military industrial complex - still happening
prison industrial complex - still happening
1st amendment - slowly being eroded
4th amendment - basically gone
6th amendment - gone (Bradley Manning was held 3 years before going to trial)
8th amendment - gone
What's terrible about Obamacare is how it is based on 30 hours per week. People who currently work 40 hours and have no insurance are suddenly cut down to 29 hours per week while still having no insurance. The next republican president or fake democrat will change the law so 50 hours is the new magic number. This would bring America back up to the standard 40 hour work week while providing no additional medical care for anyone since most jobs do not have or allow overtime.
