Can not use USB device or PCI add in card in Virtual PC 2007. Is it by design?

If I want to test new driver for USB cameras, Virtual PC 2007 isn't going to help, right?

Is there any other virtual PC software that let you use USB and or PCI devices?

VMWare allows USB support to go through to the client OS. I don't know about PCI cards, though.

I dont think virtual PC 2K7 allows you to use USB devices whose drivers do not ship with the guest OS.
