can not setup P2P with xp Home /Win2kpro

I just picked up a computer with Win2k pro. I setup the networking on the XP home with the same workgroup name as Win2k, my old 98 machine can talk to both computers, but the win2k can not talk to the XP machine.. Any help would be appreciated.
