can not reply to a Private Message

I go to reply to a private message and then i cilck on submit, i go back to my history and go the person that sent me the PM, it does not show the PM that i just sent. I tried this from 3 machines, one win98, one win2000 and one on winXP (RTM). I deleted the temp files, cookies and history from all machines, same thing. :|
Any ideas?

I have less than 50 pm's in my message box
