Can Norton be configured to allow pop-ups for Anandtech Only

Can Norton be configured to allow pop-ups for Anandtech Only? I can't create new topics with pop-up blocking enabled.

Don't know about the configuring of it, but you can hold down your CTRL key when clicking the Create New Topic link and it pops up.
