Can my PSU handle a 5850?

So I'm looking to upgrade my video card from a x1950xt to a 5850. I'm using this PSU: http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16817194003 and looking to make sure that it'll be able to handle the card's power requirements. I'll be running a DVD-R drive and three hard drives (two 500GB, one 2TB).
I'm also wondering if I'll be able to actually fit the card in my case: http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16811119106 It's not a huge case, but I'm hoping it has the space as I recall from reading the reviews it's a pretty big card. Thanks guys.

I really think the 5850 its gonna be tight in that case and I personally wouldn't couple that much load with such a small PSU.

You'll be fine on both size and power by my estimations, unless you have one hell of an overclock on your processor.

The card is about 10.5" long, so just measure for yourself to verify.

I am certainly no expert when it comes to all the various models out there so I am not sure if that is a quality unit or not. that psu could provide 384 watts on the 12v, at least when new, so technically it should not be a problem powering your system. it might be pushing it though with any significant overclocking.
