Can my power supply handle this upgrade?

I have a shuttle SN95G5 with a radeon x800pro and a AMD Athlon 64 3200+ processor. I want to upgrade it for a bit more life.

I can get a ATI 2600XT 512 AGP and AMD X2 4400 939 dual core for less than $250, but I am worried that the 240W psu may choke on this.

Anyone know the power requirements of the old cpu and video card as opposed to the new proposed gear? Can my old box handle it? No overclocking in mind if that helps.

I dont have the same setup but i have run the following setup as a server-pvr box for 3 years.
shuttle sb61g2 with the 200w power supply
P4 2.4 @ 3.4ghz
DVD burner
2 sticks ram
pci tv tuner card
ati 9800xt

The power supply gave out after 2 years and the replacment is still kicking today
