Can my PC run the latest games ?

Hello Anandtech. I want to know if my PC will support latest games at mid-high settings. I wish to play games like BF3,Bioshock Infinite,Metro Last Light etc. Here are the specs.

Intel Pentium G630@2.7ghz
Gigabyte H61M-DS2
8gb ddr3 1066mhz ram
Sapphire 7750 1gb gddr5
Monitor resolution: 1440*900

It can play latest games at low settings OK, not perfectly smooth but OK.

BF3 single player 1024x768 no AA high: 45fps average
Multiplayer will be quite a bit worse due to having only a dual core CPU.

This is indicative of performance at low settings on your resolution (1440x900 is 65% more pixels, but low settings make up for that), and applies to other similar FPS games.

What you have is a very good ultra-budget gaming setup, so don't expect miracles. You basically have the equivalent in speed of one of the best gaming CPUs of 2008 and the best single-GPU graphics card from 2009. So, is it is going to play the latest of 2013 at high settings? No. But it'll get by.
