I know it can run it but can it at full settings or at high ?

Yes, quite fine. The hardware in there is as good or better than consoles.

Hmm...i think MW2 requires at least a few more inches in depth and height. Not to mention 7.2lbs might be too light for the heavy load times of mw2.
