Can my notebook support a widescreen LCD?

Hey guys, I've got a quick question for you. I currently own an older HP ze4145 notebook with an ATI Radeon IGP 320m and am in the market for an lcd monitor. I'm interested in the Viewsonic VX2025wm but I have no idea if my computer could support it with it being widescreen and all. Once Merom comes out in the Thinkpad line i'll be getting a T60, but until then I'd like to have a nice display and am just wondering if that is possible. Thanks.
