No convictions, just heresay and rumors. Can he adopt a child in America or around the world like these celebrities are doing or did that child-holding incident do him in?
 
In a perfect world...NO, but this is America, where the almighty dollar rules...and since he's never actually been convicted of any crime, only accused, there is probably no legal standing to refuse him...
 
He doesn't live in the US anymore at least I don't think he does, and I suppose he could legally although he'd have to worry about the media being all over it.
