Can memtest test the reserved ram used for integrated video?

I'm having video issues that I'm thinking might be a bad ram slot on the motherboard. Question I have is can memtest test the reserved memory used for the Intel CPU integrated Video. Intel 3rd gen CPU

When you boot from a Memtest image/ISO, it's testing all but (I think) 1MB of your RAM, including what is normally used by the IGP when you are booted into an OS with a GUI.

Provided, of course, that you don't have an out-of-date BIOS or something that is limiting how much RAM memteset can see. (as discussed in this thread.)
