Can manufacturers tell if you OC or use a 3rd party BIOS

I have a video card that is dying and is still under warranty. A while back, I flashed the bios to enable temperature monitoring and may have OC'd it at one time. If I re-flash back to the original bios and RMA it, will the manufacturer have any way of knowing?

If they really wanted to, yes. Depends on the return policies of the company too.

It's BFG, so it's a lifetime warranty as long as there has been no tampering (bios, oc, etc)
