can links be required to have the name = the url?

at the school here, their extremely strict 2K security policies make it impossible to click links that open a new window, and also impossible to right click. therefore, I can't see any of the links posted in the forums here. is there a setting on fusetalk that will make the text for a link always the same as the url?
