ok somthing happened to me with the power supply, which caused the motherboard to fry (A8N-SLI, yes it fried it.) Well anyway i got a new one because of the warranty. I once again installed everything this time with a my new A8N-SLI but there were problems. Everything was working fine until i installed the graphics card. Problems kept on ocurring and i kept formating trying new ways, and ive jsut ran outta ways.
Here are some WAYS i tried:
1. i updated the motherboard BIOS
2. i flashed the graphics cards BIOS
3. Cleared the CMOS
4. diabled RAID 0
if this is any help:
*I Have 2 6600gt's (i think ones is half broken maybe the SLI part)
*RAID 0 is enabled
*I have a 400w power supply
*Usally when i put 2 graphics cards in the computer goes up to the windows loading screen the it like crashes then it restarts it self. Somethimes it just works and i am albe to get into windows wif 2 graphics cards but it will not allow me to turn on sli it says "Please remove any graphics acelerators not compatible with SLI" (someting like that) but then i check at the "Device Manager" and they say they a both working perfectly fine, but as i said above it still will not let me enable SLI!!!!!
ALso i would like to ask if the PSU blowing up could half break a graphics card. Can a graphics card even be half broken??
plz plz help me!
thx!
