I have to say the garage in the second clips looks dangerous to park in. No curb to keep you from driving off the edge.

That's what could be cool about it, maybe a "near future" game? The cars don't look all the futuristic either. I am excited, unfortunately I feel that I will be let down yet again by a PC teaser.

Only criticism I can find is the sound. It didnt play through all 5 speakers and my sub didnt make the floor rumble under me but I didn't need it, it immersed me enough.
