Can Intel HD graphics handle Blu-ray content?

My Professor asked me for suggestions regarding a laptop purchase.. and I found a Dell laptop with Core i3 - 380M processor with integrated graphics.

Now.. I know SB can handle BR, but was not sure about Intel's first gen core processor's IGP. So.. as the title specifies.. can Intel HD handle Blu-ray?

Yeah.. it comes with one. This is one I am looking at.
