If the phone reads "No Service" most of time more then likely there is something wrong w/ the phone; On the other hand if you can call 611, you can call 911.
With my PacBell Nokia 5190, there's no text where the "Home" or wireless company text usually is. When I try to call 611, I get a quick "no service" message. What's up with that?
