I'm not very experienced with TV programs, so any help would be great.

I want to buy the Radeon 64mb DDR, which has a TV in. It does NOT have a Tv-Tuner though.

I was thinking of using my VCR as a TV tuner, but are there any decent programs that would allow me to specify using a TV-in to watch TV? The only ones I've ever fooled with rely on a TV tuner.

I would be changing channels using the VCR, obviously.. So what do you think?

Works fine, just use your ATI program. The vcr is your video source, you simply use your remote to change channels or play a VHS tape.

Yeah, I was thinking of doing that too, an "unnoticed" benefit. Strange in all the reviews I've read they never bothered to mention the obvious. Game Performance/TV IN/TV OUT/TV/DVD Decode/ Life is gooood. :)

Another feature that doesn't get mentioned is playing FPS games. I have a logitech cordless pro, and playing UT or Q3a on the couch at 800x600 on the TV is fast and creates an excellent FSAA effect. Colors arent quite as vivid on my old set, but very cool.
