Can I watch HDTV on my PC with an ALL IN WONDER RADEON?

I've read the FAQs and the ALL IN WONDER RADEON should be "HDTV ready", but when I use ATI's TV tuner on an HDTV channel, all I get is digital snow/artifacts, no viewable image or sound. Am I missing software? I rather not buy another video card, hopefully someone can help me with this. Thanks alot all!

You still need an HDTV tuner, which is what it means by HDTV ready. It can display the proper picture if it is fed the data from a tuner.
