Can I use this to oc my card?

My GF 2 Pro came with a program called 3D Turbo2001. when I double click on the performance tab in this program it has sliders that let me adjust memory clock and core clock. I'm assuming I can overclock using these sliders? The defaults are 401 mhz for memory and 200mhz for the clock. How high should I push the card, or does that just depend on my system?

In my oppinion I would just use coolbits over a seccondary software program
