Can I use this ram??

Can the g skill 8gb 1600mhz ram fit /work with a cooler master 212 and with my motherboard an ASROCK N68C-S UCC? I also have a Phenom II X6 1045T

I'm guessing the gskill 8gb 1600mhz is ddr3

your CPU appears to be socket AM3
your motherboard just so happens to support EITHER DDR3 or DDR2. You can't mix ddr3 + ddr2.

looks like there should be enough space for everything to fit.
