can i use the zalman Zm80A-HP on my 9500pro?

i have an 9500 pro sapphire OEM edtion, 3.3ns ram, can i use this silent HSF on it?
btw, are there tools to monitor vidcard temp and i have to flash the BIOS (which will void my warranty right?) to overclock my 9500pro right?

I have the same card and installed the Zalman cooler without any problems.

Monitor video card temps - I don't know

Flash your BIOS to overclock - Yes, I did that the same night I bought my card. Warranty? Bah!
