Have been told 2 different stories, my scrub (clinique scrub for men) doesn't specify on the back. Is it usually okay to use it every day? or should I do it in some sort ofo ther interval.

A lot depends on your skin and how heavy duty the product is.Some exfoilators are meant for daily use (like cleansers with a mild grainess to them) others are used for more intensive monthly,bi-monthly treatment, like
sea salt scrubs :)

Is there a customer service phone number on the product you can call and ask?

I use clinique products and one is an excoliator....I use it daily and have no problem! The woman told me to use it daily if I wanted to and that she did! :)

Did you're mother tell you about the kid that exfoliated his nose right off?

I have a sugar scrub from Bath and Body Works that says to use from the neck to toe, which I presume means "not your face."
My GF has an exfoliating facial scrub that she uses daily.

I use scrub all the time.

/opens /etc/pf.conf
scrub all
/closes

See? :)

Like they said, depends on harshness of product. Some of it's really gentle and it's fine to use even if you're one of those high-maintainance asshats who showers 3x a day (no, I'm not ranting at anyone I know, really) but others are powerful enough to remove driveway grease stains ("Pimple Farmer Strength") and would slow eat your flesh off of used too frequently.

Anyhow, it's all about following the directions on the back of the bottle. :D
