Can I use RMClock to OC?

what I mean is, if my mobo has no vcore adjustment and only allows max 250 htt, can I use RMClock to push vcore and htt above what the mobo's BIOS supports? Would this be a reliable way to OC?

RMclock can control the voltage if the mobo supports it. I would download clockgen and try that one first
