Add Funds => Transfer Funds From a Bank Account in the United States => Pick bank and amount => Submit

Wait...

Withdraw => Transfer funds to your bank account => Pick amount and bank => Submit

problem is one of my banks isnt in the city I live in anymore.

Paypal withdrawal --> Transfer funds to checking account..

You are allowed 2 Paypal accounts, I believe. Sign one up per bank account. Send yourself money from one Paypal account to the other, and then use the Withdrawl feature to put it into the bank account.
