Well, I have a P4P800-Deluxe. I wouln't know about the bios incompatabilities between the two but I would imagine that the process would be similar. Anyways, go to usa.asus.com, go to downloads (or whatever its called) and find something called "Asus Update v5.22.whatever" or whatever the latest version is. Then, install and run the utility. Select "Update BIOS from the internet", pick a server then let it do its work. If you made any changes to the BIOS in Setup, then deselect "Clear BIOS Checksum". Good luck. :)

hmm,,, i don't find ASUS updater 5.22...
(or is it called "Intel(R) Chipset Software Installation Utility V5.02.1003.")

can u please find me the exact name?

and the software/update/utilities under P4P800E-deluxe and P4P800-Deluxe are different...

just like AIBooster, the version is differ from each other... I am using 1.07(forgot where i got it from), but i can only find 1.04 under P4P800E-deluxe and i don't find it under P4P800-Deluxe.

thanks

Well, my thoughts are that you won't be able to use a P4P800-Deluxe's BIOS because the "E" variant has a different implementation of it's ethernet. (CSA). (And) the P4P800-E seems like its sort of new, so I doubt there would be many BIOSes out for it.

i thought the different from "no E" and "E" is just the audio output

you can email or call asus to be sure, but i would be very wary of using a bios on a board that it wasnt made for. Also if differences are just audio then 5 bios revisions inbetween seems quite odd. How new is the 1.07 comparied to your 1.02?
