Can I use manufacturer's picture for personal listing on eBay???

I want to sell some software on eBay but I don't have a digital camera to take any pictures. Since all the software is in its retail box and in excellent condition, can I grab the manufacturers picture or someone elses to post? What are the rules for this? I couldn't find any.😕

You can also use Paintshop or something to put your username on the pic.

And don't forget to say, "Pictures are property of their respective owners" 🙂
