Can I use High Density Memory with Asus K7M

I have a K7M with a Athlon @ 780mhz. I was wondering if I can use "high density" memory.

I doubt it. I have been working on a K7M for a few weeks and this puppy crashes everytime I put a serious stress to it. Tried just about everything I could think of or read from other K7M owners. Finally pulled the two sticks of 256 and slapped in a single sided 128 stick and sisandra burn-in has been running for hours.
