Can I use ATX power supplies with Micro-ATX boards?

I know there are differences in physical size and it probably won't fit inside the case, but will they still work correctly? While on the topic, will Micro-ATX power supplies work with standard ATX boards?

Yes. Micro-ATX boards work in ATX cases, with ATX PSUs, so if it's going in a micro case, and you can figure out a way to mount the PSU, it will work. Worry about airflow though if you plan to do this.
