Can I use ATA100 and ATA133 drives in a Raid 0+1 Array

So thanks to OD deal on the 40GB Maxtor drives, I picked up two more drives so that I could add them to the two I already had for a Raid 0+1 array. Well, I just realized that one of my 40GB hard drives is an ATA100 and not an ATA133 drive. Is this going to cause a problem with setting up my Raid array, or will the other three drives run at ATA100?

Other drives will run the same as the slowest drive (so ATA100).
