Can i use any NLX riser card with any NLX motherboard

I'm looking at putting together a cheap winamp machine in a briefcase for my car, I'm interested in NLX form factor motherboards....i guess i just want to know if any NLX riser card will work with any NLX motherboard....and what kind of PS do i need to use?
