Will a mATX board fit on an ATX case tho? I mean, will the screws for the board line up?
 
As far as I know I haven't seen any mATX psu out on the market, just psu's with a lower power outage.
A psu isn't going to put out any more power on a mATX board than needs to be used at any time.

Yes. I know you can fit a mATX board in an ATX case. Just wanted to double check on the PS. 🙂
