Can I use an Alpha PAL8045 with an AMD Athlon XP 3000+ 400 FSB CPU

Title says it all. I like the HS and would like to continue to use it. Does anyone see a problem. I am not going to OC this chip. Thanks. Ape Out.

As long as the MB will accept it'll work fine. Ran the 8045/PL1A w/ a 2500+ @ 3200+ = 41* idle/46* load

Yup, I used one on my tbird, tbred and barton cpus. It's a great HS and lasted me through 3 upgrades! I'd still be using it if it fit on my P4 board.
