Can I use an AIW Radeon PCI as my secondary video card and different primary video card?

Greetings all. My question is, can I use an AIW Radeon in PCI flavor as my secondary video card and use a different card (Radeon 64MB DDR, Geforce, etc) as my primary? I would like to have the ability to capture using the AIW on a PCI slot and be able to have a different video card using my AGP slot. Thanks much.
