Can I use a single SATA HD with my Asus P4PE MB?

Merry Xmas everyone! I was wondering if it would be possible to use a single WD 10,000 RPM as a boot drive on my Asus P4PE motherboard. I know I can use two in a RAID setup, but I just want to use a single drive to boot with and use my regular IDE drive for other storage. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yep, you can do it. I'm using a single Raptor as a boot drive right now.
