I currently have 2 ata 100 drives (Master & Slave) in my PC. I want to keep this set up with the current "C" drive being the boot drive. I want to add another drive, can I buy a SATA drive and use it just as a storage drive? Do I need to change any bios settings or load drivers? any insight would be appreciated. Oh, my MB is an ASUS A8V Deluxe. Thank you.

Yes, you can use a SATA drive for storage - I have been doing that for nearly a year. No, you do not need to change anything in the BIOS except to ENABLE your mobo's SATA port if it is not already enabled.
