Can I use A micro atx MB on a atx/baby at case?

I want to get a case but they just show that he will only use atx/baby AT and nothing about micro atx motherboard can some 1 tell me if I still can use with a microATX?

Yep, most (all?) baby/mini/mid ATX cases include the right brass standoff sockets for mATX too. Just be sure to remove any of the pre-screwed standoffs that don't match the mATX screw holes.
