Can I use a 2xmolex to 6 pin and 2x6 to 6+2 pin to power a R9 280X with my PSU?

So here's my PSU:
Nox 620W (pretty sure it has single 12v rail)

And as you can see it only has 2x6pin and no 8pin connectors.
I heard that the 8pin deliveres 150W and the 6pin do 75, so I would need the 2 I have just to cover the 8pin requirement for the card, can I use a molex to adapter 6pin for the remaining slot, or do I need 2 molex to 6pin?

Technically the centre wire in a 6 pin PCI connector is optional, but in almost every PSU it's included and both the 6 pin and 8 pin connectors have three pairs of power wires. The only real reason there's two different connectors is that after they made up the standard with the 6 pin they realized that 75W just wasn't enough.

You can just use a 6pin to 8 pin connector for one, and the other 6 pin connector for the other.
