Can I use 91% Iso Propyl alcohol to clean the processor and the HS??

Hi
I couldn't find 99% pure Isopropyl alcohol. I have only 91% pure.
Can I use the 91 % pure to clean my processor and the Heatsink??

proc = Athlon 1800+
HS = Alpha 8045!!

Yes, you can use it. The 91% is negligible compared to 99%. The difference is made up in say...water?

I went to a chemist and bought a container of 100% IPA. It cost me $1

I use 91% because its readily available at my local drug store. I only use 70% when I'm lazy and just use those medical pads
