Can i use 2 different video cards and get a taskbar/startmenu on each computer?

IF you ahve seen my other threads, I am trying to get a startmenu and taskbar and icons on my left AND right monitors...heres another thing i thought of--- i have an old tnt2 pci card and an old monster fusion pci card....can i put this in my computer and plug 1 monitor into each
