Can I upgrade the video card in my laptop?

I doubt it. The only ways it could work would depend on the following conditions:

Provided HP didn't solder the GPU onto the mainboard:
-If HP offered a higher model GPU with the product, you could possibly acquire the higher model GPU
-If the notebook is MXM compatible and you managed to find a compatible MXM card and HP provided the appropriate mainboard BIOS to support the card.
